The Cathedral Church of St Mary and St Boniface in Plymouth is served by the Rt Reverend the Bishop, the Very Revs Herbert Canon Woollett Vicar General and Rich­ard Canon Mansfield, the  Revs Charles Graham, Paul Moudens, Patrick O'Brien, and Timothy Dilworth. On Sundays and Holydays Mass is at 7.30 and 9.00, with High Mass at 11.00. Catechism at 2.30. Compline, Instruction and Benediction at 6.30. Mass daily at 7.30, 8.00, and 9.00. Benediction on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00 pm. Stations of the Cross on first Friday of month at 7.00 pm.


In 2017 the Cathedral Dean is Monsignor Canon Bart.  The Resident Priest is Fr Peter Coxe, and a retired priest, Fr Michael Cole, also lives in the Parish.  The Cathedral parish also serves St Joseph’s and Christ the King.  At the Cathedral, Mass on Sunday at 8.00, 10.00 (Solemn) and 6.00 pm (Sung). Mass on Monday to Friday at 9.00 am. On Friday Mass also at 7.00 pm. On Saturday Mass at 10.00. Sunday Mass at St Joseph’s at 11.00 and on Thursday at 10.00. Anticipated Mass on Saturday at 6.00 pm at Christ the King and on Sunday at 12.05 (University Mass).   Mass Monday to Friday at 12.00. At the Cathedral, Sung Evening Prayer and Benediction on Sunday at 5.00.  Morning Prayer at 8.40 Monday to Friday. Holy Hour Friday at 6.00 pm. Rosary after morning Mass Monday to Thursday, and on Friday at 6.20 pm before Mass. Novena in honour of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Saturday 10.30am. Confessions after weekday Mass and on Saturdays 10.30 to 11.30 am.
